How does it work, in a nutshell?
You should call us at 647-288-7407 x27. During that conversation we will discuss pricing and your business needs. After a couple of days of research we will have a proposal for your review. The proposal will include the search terms for which we guarantee to get your site well-ranked. After the contract is agreed upon, we'll start work on the site and the first half-monthly fee will be charged once the Avalanche content is ready to go live. Avalanche will continue to work until we have met our guarantee, and we don't stop there. We want your web pages to be ranked as highly as possible to send the most traffic to your website. That traffic is converted into extra leads and/or sales. This will make our service invaluable, and we love long term customers.
Who picks the phrases: you or me?
In short, we both do. Typically, the first list of search terms is presented in our proposal to you after we have done our research. There after we work with you to ensure the optimal list of search terms. Conversely, we can price a monthly fee for a set of search terms picked by you!
How many target search phrases do you work on?
Our minimum monthly rate $450, usually allows for 6 search terms. The price varies according to the competition to have your website ranked on the first page of the search engines and the number of search terms requested.
How long does it take?
SEO is a long term marketing commitment. To achieve the best results Avalanche would need to be working on the project for a long time. We are focused on maintaining our customers for the future. We are normally able to meet our guarantee target in 3-4 months. Our established extremes are 3 weeks to 15 months.
I don't care about Bing. Can we modify your guarantee for placement only on Google?
According to search engine rankings monitor Comscore, Bing has 21.4% of the searches in the U.S. and Yahoo has another 12.2%. If you need a Google focused agreement we charge an extra 50%. This route isn't advisable because you lose the guarantee of potential traffic and you pay more.
Once my site hits the placement guarantee, do I get billed the difference between the full and the half rate for all the months before being found?
No. When the full monthly billing starts, it's only for the months going forward - all of the time spent to that point is at that half-rate that has already been billed.
Can I change the target phrases?
It's worth taking the time at the beginning to get the phrases right, and while we can be flexible under certain circumstances, you'll have better success if we choose a direction and stay with it.
How do I handle the huge influx of clients?
SEO is long term marketing. Your placement won’t drastically change. The new customers will normally come at a pace that is manageable.
